Family Time at the Alligator Farm in St. Augustine

Living in Florida means there are lots of opportunities to check out tourist spots. When Thomas and I were dating 8 years ago, one of the first dates that he took me on was to the Alligator Farm in St. Augustine, Florida.

This past weekend we decided to check it out again. They have added a zip line and ropes course since the last time we were there. It looked like fun, but of course we stayed on the ground with Caleb!

It only took us a little over an hour to walk through, however we didn’t read all of the signs and we didn’t want to keep Caleb out in the sun for long.

Caleb seemed to enjoy riding around. Most of the windows on the enclosures were low enough for him to see through even sitting in his stroller. His favorite part was seeing all of the birds. He kept squealing at them!

I recently found Caleb some sunglasses at Dollar Tree. So far he seems to like them and doesn’t try to take them off. He looks so cute with them on. I love getting sunglasses from Dollar Tree because it seems like I either lose them or break them. So it doesn’t make me feel like I wasted much money.

If you ever visit St. Augustine, Florida it is definitely worth checking out. You can print a $1 off coupon online which can be applied to up to 6 tickets.
