Looking for simple food ideas to feed your 1 year old? Here are ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can easily feed these foods to your baby even with no teeth. #toddler #baby #food #meal

When my 1 year old started eating real food, I had no idea what to feed him!

I also stressed more than I should have about whether or not he was getting a balanced diet.

After feeling lost for way too long, I finally came up with a simple way to make sure he was eating a healthy diet of foods he could actually eat with few teeth.

I kept a list of food ideas for 1 year olds and referred back to that list whenever I didn’t know what to feed him.

My mind never had to go blank. I simply referred to my list of food.

In this post, I shared as many ideas as I could come up with by dividing the food into type of meal and food category:

  • grains
  • protein
  • dairy
  • fruit
  • vegetables

When creating a meal, pick items from 3-4 categories to create a balanced diet for your 1 year old.
