Sharing is caring!

A lot of the breakfast foods that are marketed to kids aren’t very healthy. They are often low on nutrition and high in sugar.

It’s possible to avoid those foods when you have some good breakfast ideas for kids and use these time saving tips.

The problem with breakfast time is you probably don’t have a lot of time in the morning. That’s when you resort to Poptarts or donuts!

To save time in the mornings, make some of these breakfast ideas ahead of time. You can make muffins, pancakes, or breakfast sandwiches ahead of time and freeze. Just pull the amount you want to use out from the freezer the night before.

Then reheat in the microwave in the morning.

Make a big batch of scrambled eggs for the week. Cook sausage or bacon at the beginning of the week and reheat in the morning.

Fruit can be cut up at the beginning of the week so you don’t have to take time each morning cutting it up.
